When Mark Clement joined TriHealth as CEO in 2015 one of his first priorities was to improve employee engagement across its community of 11,000 team members by launching an incremental innovation program titled Bright ideas built on the IdeaScale platform.
The goal of the Bright Ideas program is to collect at least one idea (something the submitter can implement themselves) from every team member with the result of increased team member engagement. The innovation team at TriHealth was able to achieve this goal by putting out an organization-wide call for participation.
