What are custom fields?
Custom Fields allow you to collect additional pieces of data in your IdeaScale community. Custom fields upon user sign can be used to collect information when the user joins your community.
How to setup Custom Fields?
Go To:
- Login » IdeaScale » My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) » Settings » Custom Fields

Where is the Custom Field available on the IdeaScale Portal?
When portal users/members sign-up to your community, they can enter in information for the Custom Field.

Can the data for the custom fields be exported?
Yes - the data will be included in the user export.
Can the data for custom fields be revised/edited?
No.
