What are custom fields?
Custom Fields can be used to allow users to post additional information when posting Ideas. This additional information is separate from the actual idea/topic.
How to setup Custom Fields?
Go To:
- Login » IdeaScale » My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) » Settings » Custom Fields

Where is the Custom Field available on the IdeaScale Portal?
When portal users/members post new ideas, they can enter in information for the Custom Field.

Can the data for the custom fields be exported?
Yes - data is now included as part of the Excel idea export.
Can the data for custom fields be revised/edited?
No.
