From my understanding, ANDS is still working on the Register My Data Service.

Once completed, I think that ANDS should devolve Tier 1 support to institutions, and maybe provide some funds to encourage initial adoption of the service.

I think it would be good to get a panel together to review JISC's templates and processes to assess how relevant they are in Aus, and to see if we can maybe streamline them somewhat :)

It would be interesting to hear both from those who have managed these calls and those who have responded to them regarding their experience with the process -- for example whether they find the level of rigour to be useful or cumbersome.
