OK so maybe only artists would be very interested in this idea, but none the less i believe it should be done, a module that has a XLR and a 1/4 inch jack input /output with audio mixing/ editing software integrated in the module

Interactive scale/ calculator

One of the modules for the bug should have a scale w/ a mini calculator, so in chemistry projects or projects that require precise weights. the scale should be able to send a live feed of weight variations and save the weight to a file once the weight has become stable for a few seconds (this happens with most scales).

I believe that a Bug with dual micro sd slots would be nice. this way you wouldnt be resticted to 16 gb of storage, and multiple outputs such as vga (atleast an add on to the bug for this) directional sensor such as the i-tpouch technologie for games. and crossfired graphics would be niceand if it would be possible to make a outboard modual that could suppord better/future proccesors,

Laser Projection as a Modular Solution for User Interface

While a pico projector module is already on the way for the bug, and I believe it will be an excellent leap forward, there's even greater potential for a projection module in general than simply projecting a display. A general interface module could not only include a pico projector for a display, but an infrared sensor to enable interaction with a display.

Ideally, I would imagine that the module should include two separate displays: One high quality non-interactive display, intended for upright projection, alongside a lower quality touch-interactive display, intended for tabletop projection. The interactive display could range from a simple keyboard to a full touchscreen display (the rationale behind having the option would be to use a bit less energy).

Such a device would help turn the bug into a self-contained, fully functional micro-computer with no need for an external display, keyboard, or mouse. This would also allow for less handling of the device when using it, as with the touchscreen (though touchscreen would retain its own advantages in expedience and mobility).

solar recharger

Powered Breadboard with BUG I/O

This would not only allow great 1-ups, but would be a great prototype staging tool. The I/O could be serial or GPIO, +/- 5 & 3.3v, programmable oscillator clock source -- you could fit a lot in there. You could populate w/chips for Zigbee, crypto, RFID, IR, relays, etc.
